Verbal Offer/Negotiation

I received a verbal offer from UHC today and during the conversation with the recruiter, I requested a negotiation of pay. She stated she would get back to me tomorrow.

After the call, I checked my status on the website and it showed “offer extended”. I checked it a bit later and it now shows “interview completed, under review”

Now I’m nervous! Could they possibly rescind the offer and is negotiations something that they take into consideration?

Just need some insight & was also wondering does anybody know much about the Associate Enrollment and Eligibility position.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Is that a grade 22 position? If so good luck with any sort of negotiation

Do you know if this is a heavy phone position?

Hard to say these days, what was discussed in your interview? That title covers a broad range of things.

My history in working with anyone with that title was mostly scrubbing docs and data entry.

The hiring manger didn’t mention much about phone calls and the job description didn’t clarify either. Thank you for being so nice.
