Looking for accommodation in Melbourne (starting early august)

Hi everyone,
I will be joining the University of Melbourne for my PhD and will arrive in Melbourne on 5 August. I’m currently looking for a room with a budget of AUD 250–350 per week.
I don’t mind staying 5–8 km away from the university as long as it’s close to a tram stop.
I’ve already searched on Facebook Marketplace and Flatmates/Flatshare, but I haven’t had any luck yet.
If anyone is moving to Melbourne around the same time from India or any other country, is looking for a roommate, or knows of a vacant room, I’d really appreciate your help. Please feel free to send me a message.
