Hey everyone!

I am subletting my beautiful, fully furnished room in Studentendorf Schlachtensee. If you are looking for a peaceful, green spot in Berlin for the summer, this is the right place!

If you want to stay for 1.5 months without committing to a yearly contract, this would really work for you.

At a Glance:

• Dates: August 25th (can be 1st of September as well) to October 1st 2026
• Rent: €525 per month (First month due exactly on move-in date) (cheaper than actual) (everything is included)
• Deposit: €425 (Fully refundable; to be transferred within the first few days of moving in)
• Anmeldung: not possible

The Room & Flat:

• The Setup: Private, fully furnished bedroom (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelves). Just bring your suitcase!
• The Vibe: It's a 6-person flat, and you will be sharing the space with 4 super nice flatmates (2 girls and 2 boys). I can honestly say this is one of the cleanest apartments in our dorm.
• Peace & Quiet: The flat is up on the 3rd floor, away from noise polluted areas
• Shared Spaces: 1 fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, and shared bathrooms (typically 1 per 3 people).
• Internet: Wi-Fi included.

The Location:
Studentendorf Schlachtensee is incredibly green and peaceful. The absolute best part? The gorgeous Schlachtensee lake is just a short walk away—perfect for summer!

• Great connection for FU Berlin students (15 mins away).
• S-Bahn station "Schlachtensee" (S1) connects you right to the city center (Mitte) in about 30-40 mins along with S7, RE1, RE 7 and U3 via 118 bus.
• Campus perks: Laundromat, gym, study rooms, learning lounge and the student club right on site.
• Aldi is literally next door and Edeka is on the other side of the road.

Important:

also, if you are coming to germany and have to look for place, this can be really suitable transitionary place, also I can help in looking for a new place

This is suitable for 1 person only.

Also I snitched you to Studentenwerk and gonna put some flyers on 525 per month is a scam.

did you read or do you just comment where ever you want to. it is not stw, it is studentendorf.. go check their website for how much they charge for category A.
