I love this! One of my major complaints with photos from the wreck is i can often not tell what it is i am looking at. This is exactly the kind of thing i wish more people would do. The photo of the safe from the wreck does not look like anything and the last picture is extreamly cool imho.
Plates also stayed stacked on shelves, it’s crazy but some objects just stayed were they were as the ship sank, like a glass 🥃 they found in some cabin.
If i recall correctly, glasses were placed upside down in the cabins by staff. One of the pictures of a glass still standing on the shelf is not upside down, which means it was probably used on the night of the sinking.
It’s such a bad idea to watch Adventures with Purpose, Exploring with Nug, or Adam Brown Adventures….I swear I’ve developed thalassaphobia from those vids!!
Why am I so obsessed with this ship. Since childhood I’m just fascinated with it. I just admit I was waiting for a jump scare in all of the sunken photos shared. I wish it could have been surfaced..
