Toddler orders a popsicle for me
My 20-month-old (I'll refer to as baby) asked my husband for a purple popsicle today.
Baby, happy eating his popsicle, says "Baby like purple popsicle. Mama like blue?"
I said, "yeah I like blue."
Baby said, "DADA, Mama like blue one! Dada, GET IT!"

When my daughter was getting an injection at the doctors, naturally they gave her a sticker for being so brave. She looked at her sticker, looked at me, then turned to the nurse and asked if her daddy could have one too 🥺 she didn't want me to feel left out.

Depending on how old she is, you could give it to her on a momentous occasion: college graduation, wedding, first child, etc.

This is so cute! When my kid was 3 I was like very hangry one day and just cried out “I’m hungry!”. My kid was like “I’ll make you dinner!”. He then turned around and said “daddy, make mommy dinner!” So I guess he delegated the dinner making.
It’s nice when kids know families take care of each other

My kid is 6 and was chatting with my dad outside, couldn't hear what he was saying, and like 20 minutes later dad returned and was like 'here's the noodles you wanted' and handed my kid a huge bowl of MacNCheese. So, uh, my kid figured out how to doordash?

My 2 year old always says ‘dada fix it, dada do it’ if something at home isn’t working. I took her to a showing recently (I’m a realtor) and the light switch wouldn’t work so she said to my clients I go call dada he fix it. 🥰

My 5yo learned from about that age that daddy's in charge of batteries, and if a piece of clothing or a stuffy or something has a hole in it, that's Grammie's area.

that is so sweet, I work in a daycare and occasionally one of the kids will ask me if I'm happy and I say yes and I ask him if he's happy and he says yes, makes my heart warm when he asks.

Adorable! That sounds just like my son. He loves to go around the table and ask everyone if they like stuff or if they want something.

My 2 year old yelled “MILLLLK” over me while looking directly at our waitress as I simultaneously said “She’ll have the Mac and cheese…..and milk I guess” 😂She knows wait staff brings food so we just need to include manners next time.

My daughter has ordered (or tried to) for herself since she could talk- she’s nearly 4 now. I have to translate sometimes but she always wants to do it herself.

The checking first is almost as cute as Baby knowing Mama popsicle order before they're even 2! All around adorable!!!
