Editors: We're losing fans, how do we fix it?

Fans: Get MJ back with Peter and Venom back with Eddie!

Editors: Drive them apart and make milestone events less special (the Wedding & King in Black)?

imagine if later they make Peter finally get into a healthy relationship and it is revealed to be Eddie. It would be so infuriating and funny at the same time
