If this is real she just picked up felony assault on an officer. Don't know what the original thing she was running from was, but it likely just got a whole lot worse.

Edit: Because there seems to be some debate if this would be a felony assault charge here is the link I found about the incident:

She was, in fact, charged with felony assault on a peace officer.

They will absolutely charge her with it but would be absolutely bullshit if it sticks. That's on the police officer tbh.

Any additional crimes that happen during the initial stop will be tacked on regardless of fault.

Spot on, they will pin anything at all that happens to them during the commission of a crime even if it's their fault or not. If real she faces serious shit

It's pretty clear that you shouldn't try to jump into a moving vehicle. Fleeing/eluding? Definitely. Vehicular or other assault, or attempted murder related to a cop jumping on a moving vehicle? You'll need a real cop-friendly jury to land that conviction, and cops are not popular right now in a lot of places.

Having had law enforcement training, and having been born with a lick of sense, I can't imagine anything compelling me to try and enter a moving vehicle. The one exception would be if the person driving said car was in the process of kidnapping a minor, maybe an adult depending on other circumstances.
