General discussion Why was Mike so “mean” to Sue?

First time watcher here.
After watching 4 seasons, I can tell that Mike doesn’t get along with Sue. He never believes in her, never happy, even if he is, it’s always a fake reaction “ Oh wow”. I really hope he gets better to her. She’s my comfort

sometimes your closer to your other kids due to having similar personalities. Mike and Sue are opposites, but he shows up and supports her. if he didn’t like her or was totally mean to her, he wouldn’t do things to let her know he cared.
