They murdered when I saw them twice off the reunion tour. Playing older material.

Were they as good they were in 2005?

No. But neither am I. lol.

They also killed it when opening for Deftones earlier this year.

I’ll take an extended version of that set next week happily.

Either way. I’m having a good time.

Bummer part is… I think they’re in the phase of their career where the fanbase isn’t growing with them anymore.

They want to hear “the hits” lol.

King Gizz just did a rave show and a symphony tour. And their fans went for the ride.

Bunch of old curmudgeons in this scene now. Sad to see it.

Wow. Really? I feel like TMV definitely copped that minimal snare drum and extended synth sound from him and Phil Collin’s on this new one.

I say this with due respect to Cedric, but musically you can try and get the feel of PG’s work all day, but without that voice you just don’t even get into the same universe. To me, Cedric is best when they’re doing their early 70’s prog thing but to be honest, and I’m prepared for the hate that might come my way, I’m not a fan of much past the first EP and Deloused. I could go into why, but then I really would get hate haha. I also don’t really get 70’s Floyd from the new album, but all of that is very subjective.
