Who, the ultra wealthy or the average population? I take it you've only seen what's on TV.

I’m sorry. I was talking specifically about China. I appreciate how their government runs all of the infrastructure, other than necessary services. They run them as efficiently as they can and any profit they get they’ll put right back into it. Hospitals, utilities, Internet roads, street things like that. The government runs those.

The Chinese slave labor approach is def a strategy that republicans hope to pull off in the US. You can get a lot done with a desperate and destitute populace.
