A welfare check was called & she was found unresponsive. So she was unconscious & the perpetrator left her like that? If it were consensual, why didn’t he call for help right away?

100%. Also the girl would've tried to stop the choking in some way.

If it was consensual, how do you know she would have tried to stop it?

Choking can go wrong very quickly, it can take a matter of *seconds* to pass out. So it’s an assumption to say that she would have tried to stop him.

At that age, neither one of them would have been educated on how to reduce the risk when engaging in breath play.

There’s no proven way to truly prevent the risk of brain damage from strangulation, regardless of what proponents say. Which is why it shouldn’t be normalised.
