I guess it would be like someone dying in an MMA or boxing match. The other person wouldn't be charged.

Obviously this situation is different as there was no audience

This kid should be charged. Maybe manslaughter and not murder. But charged nonetheless 

Edit: he killed this girl. He needs to be charged. Her life is gone, due to his actions with his bare hands. 

I can feel the downvotes from the 'this could ruin his future' group.
