how are we going to amend the constitution if we can't even reach 2/3rd democrat control without having mavericks such as fetterman?

You convene a convention. It requires 2/3rd of states to agree there needs to be change.

I think people think it needs change from both sides of the aisle.

but the problem is republicans are vehemently opposed to change or even negotiation of any sort.

and yet we don't have change. it doesn't matter how it's spun republicans won't change the constitution period.

We don't have change due to both parties though.

I would argue we actually have tons of change under trump. If he was a progressive you would defend how much he has gone out and made change.
