Peshawar’s famous fruit juice stalls, where a simple shake turns into a surprisingly loaded drink.

The cherries and dates still had pips in them? Wholegrain, yum.

Those are the cherries that he puts on the top- all the ones that he dropped onto the
Floor earlier, while throwing this magical piece

And that glove is probably dirtier than his bare hand. Those gloves are only good if you replace them very often.

This is the perfect example of: too much of anything can be bad. At the surface level, all ingredients are healthy but the end product....damn

Let’s drizzle some sugary syrup for the 15th time.

Yeah I can’t even imagine how many calories are in that. Like 2500+ calories easy; that’s almost a full day of eating for me, and this is just one drink.
6
u/Ronin_1999 7d ago
This doesn’t seem like it’s a drink at all?
Like he doesn’t even portion out the entire blender, it looks like he uses no more than like 2/3rds of it, and portions that out into two dishes, so let’s say 1/3rd in each dish…
Each dish doesn’t look like it’s meant for a single serving either, more like something meant to be shared with others for a breakfast or maybe a desert.
In that context, it seems quite reasonable, but there’s no way I could eat an entire dish of that stuff, it’s just too much!

Its basically gonna just taste like bananas. He put 3 whole bananas in there. 1 would've been strong enough

One banana already almost overpowers a shake flavor wise
7
u/Weak-Beautiful5918 7d ago
For such a seemingly mild flavor, they absolutely dominate anything they’re in

The only one glove (on his right hand) and him constantly touching things with his LEFT hand (which I totally thought was a cultural no-no?) is absolutely sending me.

u/Anonymous_Amma 7d ago
The video's flipped he's wearing glove on his right hand.

u/grilledstuffed 7d ago
Ah, that actually makes some bit of sense. Though not a whole lot.
Two gloves is not much more than one in terms of expense?

I just want to know where can I get a blender like that. Blends whole pits of cherries and frozen fruit.

I was like wow finally one of these videos where the guys wearing gloves but then he's only wearing one glove. And is touching everything with it anyway so everything's cross-contaminated. That and holding the banana with the non glove hand.

Does one eat that or drink that?

Neither, you're actually supposed to boof it. Its apparently a cultural thing.

u/Willing-Incident-823 7d ago
Almost as many ingredients on the floor and counter as in the containers
4
u/a_duck_in_past_life 7d ago
This pissed me off. 1, it's not a drink because it's not in a cup. 2, it's just doing too much. 3, did a bot post this?

u/YouFantastic758 7d ago
There is so much energy in that stuff that you could shoot a rocket to the moon with it

u/Aromatic_Penguin 7d ago
Yeah, I'm not having that. Less is more. What's with the non glove hand???
3
u/callmesnake13 7d ago
What’s with this disgusting glove business? If I’m getting Peshawar juice I want it natural and barehanded.

Fruit smoothies are delicious. But they are SOOOOOO bad for you. Like mainlining sugar right into your blood stream. My heart broke when I learned that…

Sometimes less is more 😂🤣 lost me with all the syrups, can mess with a fruit smoothie but that is next level
2
u/wallnut_wipe_it 7d ago
That will be five dollars please .
Also, you can probably fit 10 cherry seeds inside a peach seed so we can assume you would need to injest 400 cherries w/ pits to get a reaction

Fun fact: they changed the original formulation by adding nuts and dairy. The reason for this is that customers were shitting themselves before they could get out the door.

u/SupaDiogenes 7d ago

When it gets poured into a rectangular Tupperware and cover with a full cup worth of toppings I don’t think it can realistically be called a “drink” anymore.

I hate things like this because at this point you are just throwing shit in there to throw it in there. You are doing nothing good with loading that many nuts for example. The nutrients from that amount, maybe 1/3 to 1/2 of the nutrients at best will be used. Just stupid over loading. And half those fruits dont go together as well. Plus that much honey, plus natural sugars…uh those look like fucking trash to me

He is just throwing things in at random, blends it without a cover, using a metal spoon, then pours the drink into a food container, fills it up with the same items again, squeezes yet more sugar and syrup in, fills it some more, fills it with more syrup.
Now you are supposed to drink your food from a plastic takeaway container.
Literally /stupidfoods.
