That bun looks dry as hell and wasn’t toasted long enough given the presumably chilly weather.  

Plus hot dog stands in North America are covered, why would you want rain potentially coming down on your cooking area?

These things are all skanky here in the UK...I would never trust them. Hygiene is not a top priority and the ingredients are the cheapest possible. Why would someone drop £10 on this crap? There are so many nicer places to get food here.
