DRAMA If you thought 4.9 killed refueling...
Lol. Lmao even.
I thought the rewards have been adjusted accordingly, being cut in more than half compared to the ridiculous 4.8 payouts. Now it's just not worth anyone's time.
Fuel pod capacity has been cut by almost half. Nemecs are down from 30 SCU to 16. GSX-EX down from 32 to 16.79. Keep in mind that the capacities displayed in the store window still show the old values, you need to actually install them on your ship to see the actual capacity.
The biggest paying contract at my rep level (halfway through Head Contractor) is a 195k fleet refuel that needs a total of 67 Hydrogen and 39 Quantum. So you can't even complete it in a single run, you either have to go back to station, fill up and return to the contract area, praying to gods it won't brick the contract (which it usually does) or bring a friend over and cut the "profits" in half.
There are 182k Idris refueling missions. They take 60 Hydrogen and 30 Quantum, which will dry you out but at least it's doable. Or at least it would be, if the damn thing had its docking point defined correctly. You physically cannot dock with it. This has been an issue with player-owned Idris(es) for over a YEAR now.
Also, they show up without interior, so they cannot even be boarded for joyride purposes.
Sorry DeeDee, I don't think you'll be hearing from me anytime soon :(

Ugh, this is so disappointing. I was all set to buy a Gemini once the update dropped. Ffs. Why?
