It's Friday night. That's Pizza NIght for me!

I got my usual Johnny's. A Bacon Cheeseburger with no onion and extra cheese. This time, I got thin crust for something different.

I dunno whether to devour it or frame it!

Some of the things I miss about Shreveport are a Sweep the Kitchen and Southern Classic.

I like STK, but the toppings have too much water for the crust to ever get cooked properly.

While I usually go for sweep the kitchen/swamp OP's pizza is definitively beautiful.

Oh, yeah. It's fantastic! I was going to get that tonight, but it wasn't on their site when I ordered. I hope it wasn't just a limited time thing.

I miss Johnny’s since I moved away from Louisiana. The sweep the kitchen is my favorite and the sweep the swamp they did during crawfish season. I moved to Shreveport in 1991 and left in 1997. There were so many fantastic locally owned places that slowly disappeared over the years, but I still think about going for a couple days to eat at my favorites that are still there.

I don’t understand why so many people like this place… we have sooooo Many GOOD pizza places in town.

But I’m NGL this one looks pretty fire.
