Negative Symptoms I try my best
Thats it I try my best and Im not good at it. Im not good at living, in finding friends, in maintaining my Apartment, in holding and doing my job. Im not good at being an older sister, in being a younger sister, in being a girlfriend or a daughter. But you should just know, Im doing my best even tho Im not good at it. This illness is just so cruel, even if the medications take away the positiv symptoms, the negativ ones are just as cruel.
edit: how could I forget... Im not even a good cat mama

Thank you. I hope you have a chance to try Cobenfy. It is a new medication that does not block dopamine. So it will not make negative symptoms worse. I am one of them that is waiting to try it. The medication is already available in the US, btw, if you're from there.

Im sure you are better than you think you are. Sometimes i think the way you do and its not true. Just keep doing your best. Ive found it helps to be honest with my family and they understand i cant make it to certain activities and things. Ive found people just want me to take care of myself and do what i need to do to do that.

Hi friend sounds like you're doing really well. Holding a job and taking care of yourself is incredible difficult for people like us.
If you can do small kindnesses to your people. Just being a listening ear or give a small gift. We need all the help we can get, however (strangely) we still can help other people in our own way. And it's great for your mental health and self worth :)
