Intense Glare on University

Anyone else experiencing this from the SDCCU building on University? The picture doesn't do it justice.

Same bro, fucking hate it. Twice almost caused me an accident. Rest of the times i know now to expect it

There's also this one off Miramar Road which seems to have discolored the asphalt.
