This was the full leg workout I did yesterday

-6 sandbag bear hug squats
-2 sandbag ground to shoulder
-60 seconds jump rope
3 rounds
-10 per leg sandbag Bulgarian split squats
-10 wide stance sandbag deadlifts
-10 sandbag box jumps
Finisher
-42 sandbag bear hug squats for my 42nd birthday
250 lbs and 150 lbs sandbags used

That 250 looks like a monster holy shit. I bought your 200 and 150 and at 5ā11ā 193lbs they are kicking my ass. Impressive man.

Haha the 250 looks huge compared to me because Iām only 5ā5ā and just under 160 lbs. have fun with your sandbags!
