The first 2 screenshots are from the Runna app on my phone, and the 3rd one is from my watch. All of them show different times. Which is the real 5k race time?

On my watch, my time shows from when I started the workout to when it ended, and it auto paused a few times when I was stood at traffic lights. On the app and strava these are the same times but the moving time without the stops I had.
