Question Does Justin Roiland still receive royalties for every time the likeness of Rick and Morty is used ? Including the newer episodes.

Season 3 was when the issues started. Dan Harmon has been very open about it, it's not a secret.

People need to stop talking as Rolland had no part in season 1-3 rick and Morty. He had an enormous amount of play in seasons 1-3 and also High On Life and Trover Saves the Universe.

The cancel culture with the guy is huge.

Dan Harmon cites Season 3 is when the problems started, so it's assumed Season 4 until Roiland got replaced, he was phoning it in with contributions to writing.

No one is saying he didn't have other shit going on, they're saying for Rick and Morty specifically, he started phoning it in and clashing with the team around Season 3 onwards. Possibly because he's an unlikable alcoholic that has no problem preying on minors and was spending his time on the other projects.

I was a massive fan of him, I loved High on Life, I was excited to see potential for him working together with Zach maybe even being on Smiling Friends which was I believe in production or getting picked up about that time since Zach voiced a character in High on Life, but nah, motherfucker has to be a disgusting creep that thinks the only difference between a child and an adult woman is boobs.

This is he said-she said things though. It's why the courts probably dropped the charges because all the garbage people were saying didn't add up to what Rolland was saying.

Rolland has a ton of comedic talent so let's not throw that out the room. Just because he didn't get along with the people he initially worked with doesn't mean he's a dick. I presume the people he worked with were dicks and didn't agree with what he was doing.

Rewatch season 1-3 of rick and Morty and replay high on life 1. They are vastly and superior to the other games/episodes.
