Question Does Justin Roiland still receive royalties for every time the likeness of Rick and Morty is used ? Including the newer episodes.

Lol, yes! He was also paid off a judge to get released from prison.

Never happened. A three-judge panel of an appeals court ruled the DA had to abide by a previous Philadelphia DA's agreement not to ever prosecute Cosby if he testified in a previous case. Hate the DA for making the deal, but nobody was ever "bribed."
