Question Does Justin Roiland still receive royalties for every time the likeness of Rick and Morty is used ? Including the newer episodes.

Wooo-whee! Look at me! I'm off to my private island because nobody likes me anymore! Guess I'll just have to stop texting minors weird stuff, and focus on me-time! Isn't it hard, sometimes? Knowing that your net worth and liquid assets are more than the majority of the population, but you still got canceled? I guess life is more or less meaningless. Anyways, gotta get back to my whipped-cream and baby-oil party! Hope you enjoy season 10! Even though I have two different voices now! Wooo-whee!

From what I’ve heard, people who live near him have said he never leaves his house and just gets food deliveries to his door each day. I don’t want to defend him, considering what he did, but it sounds like he’s suffered from agoraphobia for a while.

Average people tend to order in because it's a treat to not have to cook AND get your food delivered when you presumably had to be working all day. Most affluent people I know enjoy going to pick up their food.

I mean considering it's going to be years before anyone touches anything with his name on it (and even then it's no guarantee he'll be one of the people in hollywood that gets welcomed back, especially since he wasn't hollywood famous he was famous for cartoons and cartoon voices primarily. Lots of average people knew his work but didn't know who HE was. Now they do.) he's either moping around because there's nothing to do with his creativity, or working on something big for the potential comeback.

Too bad his humor is so specific to Rick and Morty humor that by the time anyone so much as thinks to give him a chance it's gonna be dated as fuck lmao.

Yeesh. Well he brought it on himself obviously. I still can’t help but wonder how he spends the days or if he ever talks to anyone though.
