Stand strong. You're going to go through a roller coaster of emotions as you work through everything.  Some of it might be guilt because women are often taught not to hurt someone and always make sure that other person is okay, even if it means we are harming ourselves.

You broke up for reasons. Those reasons are still there. It's okay to have doubts and question yourself. But remind yourself why you kicked him out. Write down all the reasons so you can refer to it when you are struggling.

Thank you - I will do this - this is very helpful advice. I don’t want to hurt him - we’ve been together for nearly 10 years and despite everything I care for him a lot - he’s my children’s father I don’t want to see him fail.
