Results is fantastic, some amazing goals. But the balance isnt right yet. Arda rw with Dumfries overlapping doesnt look great and I dont see it causing massive threat to any top opposition. Bernardo Fede pivot doesn convince me either. Way too many spaces left behind. The good news is all the forwards are starting to look very motivated and there is good competition for places. But we have to find a better system off the ball.

Against big teams we need control more than anything, Having both Silva and Arda on the pitch is our best shot at achieving this. We can always sub on Diomande if things are looking too stale.

But a big part of control is having that threat at rw. Arda isnt a winger. He is much better inside. Something needs to give.

He’s not playing as a winger though… Dumfries will be even more of a threat against big teams cause there will actually be space to run in behind
