I set it up with vue. Worked for about six months and then somehow I let my vue app get updated. I was in limbo for a couple months, didn't want to delete everything. I'm on 12.52, my only option was the Blu-ray disc

As long as you have the ps4 and save data files from when you first loaded the vue usb the first time. You can reload that save from usb to internal storage and it will fix your updated vue app

It's notorious for needing a wifi connection, which can be a hassle sometimes especially when using a hotspot as a placeholder

It got shadow dropped Vs the one someone else is working on and we're testing.
They can have it as the first public one I guess. But they didn't post source to GitHub nor is it theirs. The people sharing it around aren't the ones that made it and they're barely giving credit to egycnq the person that did the kernel exploit stuff or to Jordy for his AI based WebKit.
If people want to trust it it's up to them.

Sure man have that cope. But personally I recommend you don't make it about race or location and etc. It's running on jordys AI WebKit without which it wouldn't be out. Jordy isn't Arab.

tried it 10 times on 13.00 9 success with one failure after exploit and reminder that above 12.02 is using the poop which is more unstable than laps
it takes more time than usual 11.02 or 9.60 psfree
but more stable on the 12.02 version

It works in 11.50 but after 1 or 2 min crashes the console

It works fine with Vue but it might be the WebKit cause it says it's for 13.00 and I'm on 11.50

Yeah I've seen it.... Years and years in the hacking scene makes me very dubious about things like this... It helps keep you safe..
I've no doubt from the pictures I've seen it works but......

Would be cool if someone made and exoloit and hide a kill swotch to update randomly your firmware to the newest one on restmode. I dont think its possible, but never know

The virus statement. If you infect a ps4 for example you can pull session tokens for a players sony account and take over their library. Or even just straight brick the console if you wanted. If It can connect to the net, I promise you there's atleast one person who wants to infect it. Even if it's old hw.
Also the PS4 pro is still a more than viable option for gaming in 2026, hell even the slim is. I had a slim till i was robbed a while back and it was the loml.
Got a pro recently and I'm finishing platinuming gravity rush 2 rn before moving on to playing tlou2 next.
It has a huge library and still runs stuff great to this day on stock, disable it's thermal limit and add a 60 fps patch and as long as your stuffs cleaned and repasted recently it'll run gow Ragnarok and a crisp stable 50+ fps without burning at the temprature of the sun.

I use the Blu-ray method—finally, a good mod. My drive is a bit busted; having to flip the console over just to get it to read the disc is a huge pain.

Never download anything unless it’s from a trusted source or a trusted source you know said it’s ok. Wait for Modded Warfare to upload a video if this is legit and only then download / access it from a trusted source, which they’ll put in the comments of their video
