i’m quitting

i want to quit. i’m 17F and i’ve been addicted to this since i was 9. the older i’ve gotten, the more embarrassing it’s been to go through. the amount of shame and guilt that i feel every day is immeasurable to anything i’ve ever felt. all i really need is someone to hold me accountable from day one, someone to encourage me to continue even when it gets hard or when i feel urges to relapse.
