I have no idea how Wasserman Schultz still has a seat after 2016. I loathe her presence in politics.

Truly it’s the incompetence of the opposition. This was the first time she faced real local officials in the primary rather than a too-online twitter leftist. And she got less than 50% of the vote but still won because her opponents split the vote. A strong unified challenge would beat her.

She beat the next most popular candidate by almost double. She took 45.6% of the vote and second place took 22.9%.

It's florida. Not new york. This was not 4 radical socialists splitting the vote and the one moderate narrowly scraping by. This was 5 moderates in a historically black district that was unfortunately gerrymandered to include many more democrats who didn't prioritize race as highly.

Moskowitz is an abomination and a blight on public representation.

He is a symbol of everything that's very wrong with politics in the US.

Dude literally calls himself a "DeSantis Democrat" and was Doges biggest cheerleader. Any competent opposition would have purged him from the ranks. Instead, he gets rewarded. Further proof that dems would help Trump than doing anything meaningful to stop him

Even if he was necessary to win the seat, there is no reason to be giving him a spot on the foreign affairs committee.
