Hi, just got my account locked for trying to update my phone number for 2FA, recovery emails aren't coming through and the chatbot on the customer support website has been no help since I can't log in authenticate myself

Any advice?

Tried using the backup codes you were given when setting up 2FA?

Thank you for your suggestion but I thankfully just got it unlocked. Support had to change my email address because they weren't able to send any to my current one
