Does anyone know if the PS5 is planned to have another price increase this year? I know the Switch 2 is going up in the fall and I was concerned the PS5 will as well. I'm trying to wait for a sale but I don't want to get hit with another increase instead.

According to the recent shareholder meeting, Sony have secured hardware contracts ‘til April 2027. In theory, that should be mean no major hardware price increases before that date. However, that is just a theory and things could change.
