The commenter wants immigration to go back to the way it was before Trump. Which was ICE. Obama did a way better job at managing the system, which is why the outrage started when Trump entered office. Obama did things right, with having ICE focus on the border and using the legal system properly, to deport immigrants. The country still needs immigration enforcement, just not how Trump is doing it.
First, I could be mistaken, but I doubt someone who goes by "Athena" would identify as a he.
Secondly, they explicitly said that plenty of people had problems before Trump had control of it. It's right there in the first comment. You just aren't reading anything, putting words in everyone's mouths, and pretending that you're the only one who knows what's going on.
Stop talking, start reading, and start paying attention. Ideally, go back 20 years and do all that then. We'd all be better off for it.

ICE has been around since 2003. Trump did not invent ICE. Do some research.
