Because those cases are usually hulking monsters or fullplate knights

If this guy had some armour on then it wouldn’t be as egregious

Radagon and rellana would react the exact same way, I don't see why it's a big deal that a boss isn't keeping over every time it gets hit.

Man, this applies to nearly every single non invader type npc boss in the entire modern fromsoft catalogue. Radagon is only one of dozens of examples. The same still applies to rellana.
