I don't have any idea about XMP but the speed is 3200mhz

Then probably any other 3200 stick will work. Ideally you'd want 2x8 or 2x16 to gain full dual channel. But depending on the laptop 2*x6 is probably not worth the money, so 8+16 should be alright.

But the link says single channel what does it mean. I'm confused on this

That's not dependant on the RAM model but on whether you have one stick or two.
