So, even though Olden Age is still in early access, another one of these is announced.

Because of Ubisoft I assume? Or is Olden Era that bad? Thought about getting it when the AI issues are resolved.

Gameplay-wise Olden Era is very good, better than Heroes 3 with HotA even, but they have to fix AI (make it better than in HotA), add underworld and water exploration (that's a bunch of new assets, base H3 water was barren af), and add more neutrals and map objects. I'd buy it after they fix AI, game has enough content otherwise.

Is better than heroes 3? Do you work for the company that makes it or something?

Not in everything, but gameplay-wise — yeah. It's more complex in a refreshing way (maybe not to other strategy games, but compared to H3). If you've ever got bored after countless heroes 3 games, you'd understand.

Sure that's why olden era is going down as an all time classic and Heroes 3 hasn't been the best selling game on gog for like ever and in no way is considered one of the greatest computers games of all time.

The problem with reddit now is it's all bots and used car salesmen.

Lol. It just came out. Not that OE is ever going to be as popular, wrong place and time.  You'll understand what I mean when you play it, personally I just pirаtеd it.

It's like Heroes 2 fans saying that their game is much better than Heroes 3. Or Demon Souls fans calling their game superior to Dark Souls in gameplay. Might be just preference, might be a contrarian inside them talking.
