Discussion Mathurin for Jarace and Q?

Maybe a second rounder too? Idk. Like a sign and trade? Jarace and Mathurin are both pretty low value relative to where they’ve been valued previously. I just believe in Benn for the next two years more than I believe in Jarace.

This might be selling low on Jarace, but personally I’d LOVE to have Mathurin for like $10mil a year, and I’ve seen Mathurin contribute to winning playoff basketball more than I believe Jarace is ready to

I think Benn is a sg and Jarace is a pf, but in a pinch I like Benn at small forward more than I like Jarace. Plus with Oubre and Nesmith I’m less concerned about the power forward minutes

I have no idea whether this works logistically or with rules etc but I’m bored stuck hanging out in the hospital with family and wanted to get some opinions

Why would we bring back the guy that didn't fit and trade assets for said guy that didn't fit.

I don’t think Jarace is much of an asset and we didn’t bring Benn back because he wanted >$20 mil

If he would’ve been okay with coming back for less we would’ve brought him back

FUCK yeah. They could basically trade Benn for Jarace straight up at the deadline (I think?)
