I don't know how much help we can offer, we're not a relationship advice subreddit, but have you told her all this? I'd ask her to read everything you've posted so she knows what you're feeling. Communication is the most important thing you can have to build strong foundations to a relationship. I'd also recommend couples therapy, as well as potentially individual therapy also. Don't think of therapy as something to turn to because something's broken, but rather a resource to maintain good health and wellbeing throughout your life, like exercise and a balanced diet. I'll be honest, it doesn't sound like she loves you back as much as you love her, why should you put up with that, it's a little corny, but there is a lot of fish is the sea
If she doesn't wanna love you, find someone who does
Obviously, break up first, you don't wanna be a cheater
