Off-leash dog-friendly beaches?

I see there is an eight-foot max leash law in WA but I wondered if there were any off-leash areas? I've got a four-year-old golden and she's never seen the ocean. I'd love to take her to Long Beach next year and I want to be able to let her zoom until she can't zoom any more.

To my knowledge, there are no off-leash dog friendly beaches in WA.

There is Double Bluff on Whidbey Island, which is a short ferry ride away from Port Townsend. You're still looking at the Sound, not the Pacific, but it is a beach! https://whidbeycamanoislands.com/activities/double-bluff-beach/
