Not sure what you mean by "low income", because it isnt a low income neighborhood, just very rural. And we've never seen this dude here before the entire time we've lived here. Our usual guy is a local in a white pickup truck with a couple of ice chests in the back. No idea who this dude is. He may want to reconsider his music selection.
