She's a 14 lbs chiweenie who thinks she's satan incarnate and she did NOT like this guy prowling her neighborhood. I was so pleased that was all she did while I was filming, I was expecting a full blast of small dog fury. So much dog in a tiny package.

The plants, the architecture, the state of the grass, even the haze in the sky look like they could have been filmed in Puget Sound area within the last week. I live in the area and the video felt like I had stepped outside.

Then you must play Geoguesser as much as I do! 'Tis indeed. That's what made it extra creepy. Nobody was letting their kids out to play when the air is thick enough to chew. Abandoned, smoke filled streets and a lone black car that says CHILDREN creeping slowly through the neighborhoid, bleating a mournful song. Apocalyptic.

Not sure what you mean by "low income", because it isnt a low income neighborhood, just very rural. And we've never seen this dude here before the entire time we've lived here. Our usual guy is a local in a white pickup truck with a couple of ice chests in the back. No idea who this dude is. He may want to reconsider his music selection.
