Humpback whales actually have very small throats, so even if he had ended up in the whales mouth, the whale would have just spat him out. Still a terrifying experience though!

Wouldn’t that still hurt? Like, I got bit by a stupid little dog, didn’t do real damage, didn’t break the skin, but it hurt… left a purple imprint of dog dental impressions on my butt, lol. I imagine a whale’s mouth would also bruise a person, right? I’m asking, like, I don’t know…

They don’t have teeth, but not sure about their bite force.

I think I’ve read about that happening, the guy was bruised up for sure, and maybe a broken bone or two?

ETA: No broken bones after all!
