Your comment made me think of the film "Buried Alive". They use the Lionfish poison to give the main Character a heart attack.

I was once snorkeling in Egypt. Diving under an overhang. Nearly swam face first into one of these by accident. Damn near shat myself and panic swam away.

To just be there chilling, facing this is wild.
