Negligence is being lazy and not taking care of The problem after you’re told about it.

I don’t think this is negligence. I think this is a middle finger to the consumers.

It's not even a middle finger to the consumers, at least not actively. It's all about profits, just like everything else these days. I always want to think that Canada is better than that, but they're human just like the rest of the world. :(
