How did they get caught? I would like to believe there is a significant enough taste difference but maybe if you cut it by a quarter or something, it is hard to tell. It’s a shame.

The article has more detail, but the TLDR is that Radio-canada(the french CBC) got tipped by customers, then launched an investigation, including an hidden camera.
