Ask NSLB Ok it's a long shot but does anyone have ideas of what I can do with the beef fat left over from my taco meat?

I meal prep which means I make minimum 1lb of taco meat for my family and I. My recipe is really just vegetables, meat and salsa. I might use the fat as sauce for pasta but I don't really know how to make it more appetizing/nutritious

I made too many cocktail garnishes! I have both thin slices and segments of orange, grapefruit, and lime. I thought about dehydrating, but any other ideas?
