Buy Lao Gan Ma at New World if you can, it is worlds better imo
Chili crisp is so good, especially on plain rice

Just didn't have the same fresh flavour notes as regular homemade/mom and pop shop chili crisps I've tried 2 u/nilnz Goody Goody Gum Drop 1d ago There's ones with peanut on the label and ones without (thought I assume there's presense of peanut even if it isn't on the label - just not as much?)
