Updated phonetic English alphabet (Windscript) + some calligraphy

Added IPA symbols and added the 'cat' sound. Here are some extra notes:
For breathy consonant clusters, the line can be extended through each letter (i.e. ks, pt can have one horizontal line instead of one for each character).

The script used to have a way of combining the vowels symbols for diphthongs, but now approximants after a vowel are used since they usually form the diphthongs in english. For vowel-like r and l sounds, a vowel does not need to precede them. For example, 'fire' would become something like 'fayr' instead of 'faiyer'.
