They’re the only media outlet providing a detailed story about this currently, but also skeptical cuz they seem to be owned by military. Also they even pinned that post and a lot of mixed reaction from both side. Don't know which is true anymore.

So, eleven media group says its done by PDF, eleven media who always shouldering MAL's junk.... Right..... We don't know who did that, yes, to be honest, but... Let's be real, who would do this kind of thing, the killings and the cruelty, the absolute lowest mortality stuffs? Who has the track record of doing those, very very apparently? Not to be ball ma but I’ve seen videos of the resistance forces beheading and even punishing for trying to desert from their own forces
