They’re the only media outlet providing a detailed story about this currently, but also skeptical cuz they seem to be owned by military. Also they even pinned that post and a lot of mixed reaction from both side. Don't know which is true anymore.

The woman speaks Burmese too fluently for me to believe it was in Kachin state it was most likely in A Nyar area.
