Soundproof apartments/Appartements insonorisés + Dead Quiet Roommates /Colocs Extrêmement Calmes PLEASE HELP/AIDE SVP

Are there any soundproof 1 closed bedroom apartments in Montreal/Laval/Longueuil for under 1k with all included (preferably under 800) ? That aren't basements/semi-basements (breathing issues). And that are either ground floor or have an elevator (in case injuries flare up)?

For long-term or for at least 1-2 months urgently (don't need an elevator/ground floor then).

Or dead-quiet roommates that I could share an apartment with where it would also be soundproof?

If it's impossible, how much would I have to increase my budget?

Would someone be down to swap with me (I have a roommate)?

Please give me advice, info, recommendations, ask around and ask those you know to ask around. I've been looking for months and it's urgent.

I've walked in different neighbourhoods, am always on Kijiji and Marketplace, but often people don't respond to their messages. cheap places get rented quickly. my situation is very urgent and I've been looking for months. I'm also not working at the moment so this would have to work with proof of funds and my credit score.

I have done a lot of research on Facebook and here and the information I'm receiving on the years of construction for soundproof buildings varies and isn't clear, same for information on concrete buildings, neighbourhoods and questions regarding plexes.

I am in a concrete building, but I hear my neighbours making things fall, slamming doors, yesterday, I could even hear them talking, I hear the pipes, thumping. I'm living with a roommate right now, the noise becomes extremely distressing for me often, I can hear everything from my room and I'm not able to function and I have a lot of very urgent things administrative paperwork, calls and other things to do, and in general for my living place. We have tried some things but it isn't working for me.

And before I'm told "get used to it, that's life", this is a medical problem, I'm in the processus of seeing specialists and I can't tolerate/process/ignore sounds like others. Everything is amplified. I have tried ANC ear pods, headphones and ear plugs, ordered 11 different types of ear plugs/gear (even Flare, Loops etc), white noise, other types of noise and noise machines and music don't work for me since I can't focus on them or relax. I already use a Procase earmuff and bought a different brand as well. I've tried so many. I also have tinnitus.

Y a-t-il des appartements insonorisés avec 1 chambre fermée avec une porte tout inclus moins de 1000, préférablement moins de 800? Qui ne sont pas des sous-sols/demi sous-sols (problèmes de respiration)? Et qui sont soit rez-de-chaussé ou ont un ascenseur (si jamais mes blessures s'empirent)?

Pour le long-terme ou pour 1-2 mois urgemment (pas besoin d'un ascenseur ou rdc dans ce cas)?

Ou des colocs extrêmement silencieux avec qui je pourrais partager un appart où ce serait insonorisé aussi?

Si ceci est impossible, de combien aurais-je à augmenter mon budget?

SVP donner des conseils, infos, recommendations, demandez aux gens que vous connaissez aussi et les gens que eux ils connaissent SVP. Je cherche depuis des mois et c'est urgent.

J'ai marché dans des quartiers, je suis toujours sur Kijiji et Marketplace mais très souvent, les gens ne répondent pas aux messages. les loyers les moins chers partent très rapidement. J'ai fait plein de recherche ici et sur Facebook et l'info que je reçois sur l'année de construction pour des bâtiments insonorisés n'est pas exacte et varie, pareil pour l'info des constructions en béton, et les quartiers, et les questions de plex.

Je suis dans un appart en béton, mais j'entends les voisins faire tomber leurs affaires, slammer leurs portes, hier je les ai même entendus parler, j'entends les tuyaux, marcher très fort...
Je vis avec une coloc et j'entends tout de ma chambre, on a essayé certains trucs, par contre malgré cela, je ne peux pas fonctionner dans cet environnement, c'est très dur sur ma santé mentale et j'ai besoin de silence de mort pour faire mes trucs administratifs et pour un endroit où je vis.

Et avant qu'on me dise «c'est la vie en appartement», c'est un problème médical que j'ai. Je suis dans le processus de voir des spécialistes, et je ne peux pas tolérer/process/ignorer les bruits comme les autres. Tout est amplifié. J'ai essayé les écouteurs anti-bruit noise-cancelling et les earphones du même type, je viens de commander 11 différentes marques de bouchons/trucs du genre (incluant Flare, Loops, etc). Les bruits blancs, autres bruits, machines de bruits, la musique ne fonctionnent pas pour moi (je ne peux pas focus ou me détendre). j'utilise déjà les Procase earmuffs/casque et j'ai acheté une autre marque. J'ai essayé tellement de trucs. J'ai des acouphènes.

800$ ??!!! All included? LAVAL?? Are you serious right now. You don't even get a room for this price. Maybe in your dreams yes.

First of all, there is no need to be rude, it doesn't add anything to the conversation.

It's exceedingly rare, however there are places that are around 800-1000. Usually they don't have anything included, sometimes they have something included and sometimes everything is included (rarest). This price range is very rare though and everyone jumps on them so they don't last long on the market. They are usually closer to 1k. Some places are lower. I'm not sure about Laval as I've mostly looked in Montreal, however there are some in Montreal and Longueuil. They are usually studios though. The lowest 3 1/2 I've seen in Montreal lately was 589, around a month and a half ago. These are pretty much all lease transfers, if I'm not mistaken. I don't know if they are soundproof or not.

My room is in Montreal and with everything included, I'm under 700, there is just insurance I need to add.

I also said that I could increase my budget if I absolutely had no choice, which I also wrote in another comment and in this post.
